My name is Jason Vestal, I started 5 Star Window Washing in 2005. My goal was to run a successful window washing and Christmas light installation business in the Reno/Sparks area. The foundation of my plan was to do top quality work at a reasonable price.

I have heard it said that a business owner should be more like a farmer and less like a hunter. Not just interested in a one time kill but to cultivate and maintain a long lasting and broad customer base. I view my customers as life long business partners and this philosophy has helped me expand my business every year. Almost all my new customers come from word of mouth referral. This means a lot to me because my customers are willing to stake their own reputation on my work ethic and expertise.

Personally, I love living in Reno. With all of the outdoor activities from snowboarding in the winter, Lake Tahoe in the summer, mountain biking, hiking and the colorful changes of all seasons, this is a great place to be. Reno has a lot going for it and I am excited to see my business grow along with it.
